 When it came time to look for a home in Monterey, we felt it was appropriate to get a referral from my brother who is a realtor in Dallas. We knew a number of local realtors, but wanted my brother to be part of the transaction leaving the choice to the Dallas based agency.

 Enter Susan Clark. A better choice could not have been made! She guided us through the maze of properties being ever patient since we did not have a clear view of what we wanted or needed. She calmly showed us a wide range of homes plus areas we were unfamiliar with. We ended up buying a home that I feel certain we would not have seen with another realtor.

 What could have been a stressful experience turned out enjoyable and fun due in part to Susan’s cheerful manner. If there is another home in my future, it will only be found with the help of Susan Clark.

 The Monterey County Association of REALTORS Scholarship Trustees believe that education is the core to success and is committed to supporting that value by offering scholarships to each of the public high schools in Monterey the County as well as the two community colleges.

As a way of recognizing those who have made a difference within our association, the Scholarship Trustees annually select honorees for each scholarship. It is my privilege to announce that you have been selected by the Scholarship Trustees to be honored by having a scholarship for the recipient from King City High School, Luscero Mandujano, presented in your honor. The $2000 scholarship will be presented on Thursday, May 29, 2008 at the awards ceremony at the high school. Enclosed is a copy of the scholarship certificate that will be presented to Luscero.
